Sometimes your heart has a lot to say. But there's not enough ink to fill the pages. So you take a photo instead.
Whitney, the bride, is a good friend of mine from high school and church. We were thrilled to be a part of her special day. Tim, the groom, is an STL police officer, is full of jokes, and of course is head over heals for his bride. As a lawyer, Whitney is as smart as she is beautiful. Together they make a great power team in the St Louis area. The day of was full of laughs, some tears, and celebrations from family and friends.

You should have seen the bride’s face light up as she saw her flowers for the first time. Then again when she saw her groom for the first time. I think that’s the amazing thing about weddings. There are so many firsts. First time experiences for everyone.

Paige and Marcus were perfect and soooo easy to photograph. They're love was genuine, their personalities were genuine. The weather was real genuine. What started off as a beautiful evening quickly turned into a blustery, freezing cold engagement session of gorgeousness that we had to endure through! It was worth it though!
Paige and Marcus met at Whitmoor country club in St Charles, MO. Paige standing beautifully by the bar when Marcus laid eyes on her for the first time. Marcus found the courage inside of himself to go talk to her. It looks like the risk paid off.
Eckert's Farm & The Falls
Eckert's farms is a St Louis favorite for weddings and family fun. Provided with a cute tiny house for the bridal suite, fields of corn, and tall silos there are many places for great photos. I've also photographed at The Falls several times in Illinois. The Falls never fails to disappoint with a great staff and that awesome waterfall!
With the last names of the bride and groom being Key & Turner...you could imagine how excited I was to photograph this wedding! However, they did not capitalize on any #ashtags. What they did capilize on is bringing their personality. Bringing the realness. Making their wedding day their own. From the blush wedding dress to the intimate moments shared between family and friends it was beautiful.
